ISO 9001 is a standard for the standardization of activities, presenting the requirements for implementing a Quality Management System, enabling the organization to plan its processes and interactions, following principles such as customer focus and relationship management. In Brazil, according to the latest survey by the ISO committee, about 17500 companies have ISO 9001 certification, and very soon we will be joining this select group. During this 1 year of adequacy, training will be carried out with employees and adequacy in the processes, ensuring standardization in the work performed and in the expected results.
